Teec Website redesign

Project coordinator- Web designer & developer

Tools: Adobe XD, Wordpress

New site, who dis. I was brought in to give TEEC's website a full glow-up — modern look, better structure, and a design that actually reflects what they do. The "how" involved wearing a few hats: client calls, team collaboration, and getting hands-on with both design and dev. This project was done while working at a design agency.

The Challenge

This phase was all about making donating feel like a no-brainer. I designed an intuitive layout and picked a color palette that naturally pulls attention to the donation section — no friction, just a smooth path to contributing. The goal was to keep it looking good while making sure TEEC’s programs and fundraising goals stayed impossible to miss.

The Solution

This phase was all about making donating feel like a no-brainer. I designed an intuitive layout and picked a color palette that naturally pulls attention to the donation section — no friction, just a smooth path to contributing. The goal was to keep it looking good while making sure TEEC’s programs and fundraising goals stayed impossible to miss.

What I actually did:

  • The Vision Thing: Worked closely with the client to understand their goals and translate them into a site that feels like them.
  • Custom Illustrations: Added visual elements to make the experience feel warmer and more engaging for first-time visitors.
  • Structure Matters: Reorganized the site layout so users can actually find what they’re looking for (wild concept, I know).
  • Design + Dev: Didn’t just hand off mockups — stayed involved through launch to make sure everything landed right.
